Prior to managing and operating his own restaurant,
Mr Sahakijian has worked in some of the most famous hotels
as one of the top Food and Beverage Managers as well as managing many restaurants in Sydney’s CBD and Darling Harbour, one of which was Jo Jo’s Seafood Restaurant.
Daniel Manccino The Head Chef at La Collina, was the executive chef at the
“Motta Restaurant" in Milan, before migrating to Australia. After his migration, Daniel Manccino worked for many years in various Italian Restaurants throughout Leichardt.
Mr Manccino specialises in high quality Northern Italian cuisine.
